On Wednesday October 19, 2005 Professor Dr. Srisakdi Charmonman, the Chairman and CEO of the College of Internet Distance Education (CIDE) of Assumption University, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the President of Samart Telecoms Public Company, Mr. Thavatchai Vilailuck, to cooporate in the areas of LMS (Learning Management System) development and courseware production for M.Sc. in Management. Assumption University will be offering eLearning courses starting January 2006.
